Umberto Oldani works in 3D using open source software, like
the great Blender 3D. His post-processing procedure is carried out in Photoshop.
I like the combination of still photograph and computer art.
The colors are calm but work well together. The apples really stand out. The
dragonfly breaks up some of the dead space.
What is interesting here is that this is not a photograph at all. This was completely rendered from scratch in a 3-D program. The objects only exist in the artist's imagination and not in real space.
