Giovanni Auriemma was born in Naples, Italy
in 1976. He graduated from the Academy
of Fine Arts in Naples majoring in scenography.
Auriemma is a self-taught graphic designer and illustrator. When he describes his work Auriemma speaks of
how he trys to combine the “human” warmth of ink or the sign of oil-painting
with photographic images. He
also shares how he likes to contradict the predictability of the photographic
picture, inserting unexpected and unusual elements...Auriemma contributes his
influence to several different artist, but Dadaism and surrealism are his
foremost sources of inspiration.
Im taking an Italian class right now and i just chose this artist for artist that should be famous... Did a whole paper on his twitter an FB pages plus his art work haha what a coincidence !!
